A visa is not required for stay up to 90 days. Travelers entering Bulgaria without a visa are allowed to stay for a total of 90 days only within a six-month period. Traveler must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, a round-trip airline ticket, and must provide evidence of medical insurance valid in Bulgaria for the duration of stay in the country. A visa may be required if trip purpose is other than basic business meetings.
