REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER AZERBAIJAN
Tourist
  • Submit your valid signed U.S. passport (not a copy)
  • 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed online (typed) and signed
  • 2 Passport-type photographs
  • Tourist voucher from hotel in Azerbaijan that lists the hotel confirmation number.
Business
  • Submit your valid signed U.S. passport (not a copy)
  • 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed online (typed) and signed
  • 2 Passport-type photographs
  • Invitation letter from Host Company or Organization in Azerbaijan, authorized by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If an invitation is not sent through Consular Department of the MFA, travelers should submit an invitation received by fax directly from a host company or organization in Azerbaijan and a letter of request from the employer

$131.00 per visa (double entry - for business only and requires Ministry of Foreign Affairs approval
$250.00 Per visa - One year multiple entry visa - Business Only
